When will I get my Gentari Rewards?

Gentari points will be rewarded immediately after completing every EV charging sessions.

How can I redeem my points?

In the app, please tap on "Rewards" and choose your preferred rewards under "Gentari Go Promotions.”

Do points have an expiration date?

Yes, Gentari Go points do have an expiry. Points earned before 30 June 2026 will remain valid until 31 December 2026. Points earned from 1 July 2026 onwards will be valid for 180 days from the date they are earned.

How can I view the history of my point transactions?

You can view the rewards or points under ‘Gentari Rewards’ and tap on ‘My Points History.’

Is it possible to transfer my points to another Gentari Go registered user?

Currently, you are not allowed to transfer any Gentari Rewards including points.

Can I request a refund for the redeemed Gentari Rewards?

No, the redeemed Gentari Rewards are not refundable.
