How do I sign up for Gentari GO Starter?
Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Gentari Go app.

2. Navigate to the Me icon.

3. Select My Subscriptions > Browse subscriptions.

   
   

I am an existing Gentari subscription user. Can I sign up for GO Starter?
If you currently have an active Gentari subscription, we recommend signing up for Gentari GO Starter after your existing plan expires. You will be notified in the app when your current subscription is nearing expiry.

What payment methods can I use for Gentari GO Starter?
To complete your subscription, you’ll need to add a valid payment method in the Gentari Go app. Charging fees will be deducted from your selected payment method during each charging session.

Is there a limit to how much I can save with Gentari GO Starter?
Yes. The Discounted Charging Rates available under the GO Starter Plan are subject to a utilization cap policy (“UCP”), under which Users may enjoy the Discounted Charging Rates only up to a total cumulative value of RM1,000.00 during the applicable Validity Period (“UCP Limit”).

Once the UCP Limit has been fully utilized or reached, the entitlement to Discounted Charging Rates shall automatically terminate for the remainder of the Validity Period, and all subsequent usage of any EVCS will be charged strictly at the prevailing standard charging rates.

The UCP Limit shall be calculated on an aggregated basis across all charging sessions within the Validity Period, and any unused portion of the UCP Limit will not be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.

Gentari GO Starter is currently available only in Malaysia.

How long does my Gentari GO Starter subscription last?
The Gentari GO Starter subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. You can view your subscription status and expiry date directly in the Gentari GO app.

Can I cancel my Gentari GO Starter subscription?
You may cancel your Gentari GO Starter subscription at any time. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
To cancel auto-renewal:

1. Tap Me in the app.

2. Select My Subscriptions.

3. Choose Gentari GO Starter.

4. Tap Cancel Auto-Renewal.

For an annual fee of RM699, members enjoy 30% off charging at Gentari charging stations across Malaysia, for a more seamless charging experience.
