How do I sign up for GO Starter or GO Plus?

Follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Gentari Go app.
2. Navigate to the Me icon.
3. My Subscriptions > Browse subscriptions.

I am an existing Gentari subscription user. Can I sign up for GO Starter or GO Plus?

If you currently have an active Gentari subscription, we recommend signing up for GO Starter or GO Plus after your existing plan expires. You will be notified in the app when your current subscription is nearing expiry.

Where is GO Starter and GO Plus available?

GO Starter and GO Plus is currently available only in Malaysia.

How long does my Gentari Go subscription last?

The GO Starter and GO Plus subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. You can view your subscription status and expiry date directly in the Gentari Go app.

What payment methods can I use for GO Starter and GO Plus?

To complete your subscription, you’ll need to add a valid payment method in the Gentari Go app. Charging fees will be deducted from your selected payment method during each charging session.
