GENTARI GO STARTER PLAN
TERM AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) BY GENTARI GREEN MOBILITY SDN BHD (“Gentari”)
The Gentari Go Starter plan is a membership plan (“GO Starter Plan”) for Users (as defined below) of the Gentari Go mobile application (“Gentari Go”). It is currently open to all individuals aged 18 and above who are currently residing in Malaysia (“Users”). By purchasing the GO Starter Plan, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users are required to download and register an account via Gentari Go first before their GO Starter Plan can be purchased and activated within Gentari Go.
The GO Starter Plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Validity Period”). Upon expiry of the Validity Period, the GO Starter Plan shall automatically renew on a yearly basis unless the User elects to unsubscribe from the GO Starter Plan prior to the commencement of the renewal term. In the event that the GO Starter Plan is terminated, discontinued or ceased by Gentari for any reason whatsoever, automatic renewals shall no longer be effective nor applicable following such termination, cessation or discontinuation of the GO Starter Plan.
Users under the GO Starter Plan shall be entitled to a fifteen percent (15%) discount at all Gentari electric vehicle charging stations (“EVCS”) within Malaysia only (“Discounted Charging Rates”). The Discounted Charging Rates applies solely to charging fees and exclude any other related services or fees that may be applicable.
The Discounted Charging Rates available under the GO Starter Plan are subject to a utilization cap policy (“UCP”), under which Users may enjoy the Discounted Charging Rates only up to a total cumulative value of RM1,000.00 during the applicable Validity Period (“UCP Limit”). Once the UCP Limit has been fully utilized or reached, the entitlement to Discounted Charging Rates shall automatically terminate for the remainder of the Validity Period, and all subsequent usage of any EVCS will be charged strictly at the prevailing standard charging rates. The UCP Limit shall be calculated on an aggregated basis across all charging sessions within the Validity Period, and any unused portion of the UCP Limit will not being carried forward, transferred, or refunded.
The GO Starter Plan are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated. The GO Starter Plan cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, or special programs unless expressly authorized by Gentari.
Upon expiry of the GO Starter Plan or upon reaching the UCP Limit (whichever is earlier), Users shall no longer be entitled to the above Discounted Charging Rates and shall be subjected to regular EVCS charging rates as determined by Gentari.
Users who wish to unsubscribe the GO Starter Plan may do so by accessing Gentari Go and selecting the “Unsubscribe” option within their account settings (“Unsubscribing”). Upon Unsubscribing, the GO Starter Plan’s benefits will cease, and any associated benefits will be discontinued. Unsubscribing prior to the expiry of the Validity Period does not entitle the User to any refund, rebate, or pro‑rated return of fees already paid. All payments made for the GO Starter Plan are non‑refundable, and the User remains responsible for the full amount of the GO Starter Plan fee for the applicable Validity Period, regardless of the date of Unsubscribing.
Gentari reserves the right to terminate the GO Starter Plan immediately if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Users have engaged in fraudulent activities related to the use of the GO Starter Plan (“Fraudulent Activities”). Such Fraudulent Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the GO Starter Plan or manipulate Gentari Go for personal gain.
False Claims: Providing false information or misrepresenting facts to obtain benefits or advantages under the GO Starter Plan.
Abuse of Services: Intentionally utilizing the GO Starter Plan and/or Gentari Go in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or violating any Terms.
Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized third parties to access the GO Starter Plan.
Gentari reserve the absolute right to amend, modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms, including the Discounted Charging Rates, (wholly or in part) from time to time without prior notice to the Users (“Amendments to the Terms”). It is the responsibility of Users to regularly review the Terms (via Gentari Go, Gentari’s website or any other applicable platform as the case may be). Continued utilisation of the GO Starter Plan after any modifications, variations, deletions or amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, Amendments to the Terms by Gentari shall not entitle the Users to any claim or compensation against Gentari for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the Amendments to the Terms.
Gentari along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by the Users in connection with this GO Starter Plan. Gentari reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Go Starter Plan at any time prior to its expiry, for any reason whatsoever. In the event of such termination, Gentari will refund the plan fees paid by the Users either on a pro-rata basis or in full, as determined solely by Gentari. By purchasing and subscribing to the Go Starter Plan, Users acknowledge and agree to Gentari’s right of termination and refund as stated herein.
The Terms contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the GO Starter Plan.
The Terms contained herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Malaysia, in accordance with the AIAC Arbitration Rules.

GENTARI GO PLUS PLAN

The Gentari Go Plus plan is a membership plan (“GO Plus Plan”) for Users (as defined below) of the Gentari Go mobile application (“Gentari Go”). It is currently open to all individuals aged 18 and above who are currently residing in Malaysia (“Users”). By purchasing the GO Plus Plan, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users are required to download and register an account via Gentari Go first before their GO Plus Plan can be purchased and activated within Gentari Go.
The GO Plus Plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Validity Period”). Users under the GO Plus Plan shall be entitled to a thirty percent (30%) discount at all Gentari electric vehicle charging stations (“EVCS”) within Malaysia only (“Discounted Charging Rates”). The Discounted Charging Rates applies solely to charging fees and exclude any other related services or fees that may be applicable.
The Discounted Charging Rates available under the GO Plus Plan are subject to a utilization cap policy (“UCP”), under which Users may enjoy the Discounted Charging Rates only up to a total cumulative value of RM2,000.00 during the applicable Validity Period (“UCP Limit”). Once the UCP Limit has been fully utilized or reached, the entitlement to Discounted Charging Rates shall automatically terminate for the remainder of the Validity Period, and all subsequent usage of any EVCS will be charged strictly at the prevailing standard charging rates.
